We may be two grown adults, but we can’t/won’t let go of family traditions. We’ve carved pumpkins almost every year since we’ve been engaged. Of course, we usually make our pumpkin carving a competition. We can make anything a competition! This year we made a pumpkin carving a collaborative effort. Viola!
Chris had never seen Casper. Gasp! We had to correct that immediately. Jess found her VHS (We’re old school!), and we watched the whole thing as we were carving our pumpkins. He loved it! Watching a Halloween themed movie while carving might just have to be a new tradition.
There are so many more family traditions coming up with the holidays upon us!
