May seems to be turning into a big month. Anniversaries, birthdays, graduations…lot’s in store this month!
We had hoped to meet friends in D.C. and explore the embassies during Around the World Embassy Tours. However, the weather didn’t look favorable, and we had the opportunity to go to North Carolina to see Jessica’s cousin Tim graduate from ECU. Go Pirates! We are both so proud of him for working hard to achieve his Bachelors in Biology. We also got to hang out with his little family, including our Goddaughter, T. We are looking forward to seeing them again later this month at a joint party to celebrate T’s 1st birthday and Tim’s graduation.
We recently ventured out to see the steam engine 611 roll into a local town. It reminded us of our time in Dollywood. We hope it comes again next year! It was really neat seeing the engine rolling in. The steam engine was much taller than either one of us expected.
We look forward to sharing experiences like these with a little one.
**We are hoping to adopt a newborn. If you or someone you know has decided to place a child for adoption, learn more about us here.**
